Basic framework for performance/system specific PDFGraphics implemented (for the default Graphics PDFGraphics). Instead of a centeral function/class that determines the final PDFGraphics, the "drawing device" specific PDFGraphics device is created and within that PDFGraphics, it creates "sub-PDFGraphics" devices that could do anything from pick their own sub-PDFGraphics devices, to simply wrapping a PDFGraphics (like some of the other PDFGraphics devices), to actually drawing or even the potential of delegating the drawing to a server if desired by the implementor. Though all drawing will be done on the device by default, 3rd party implementors are recommended to do the same style of implementation to maximize flexibility.
